General Description

The Bonnie Victorian Bed and Breakfast is a lovely Victorian-style home in picturesque old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Offering three beautifully decorated rooms, two king four poster and one queen four poster bedrooms, all with fireplaces, televisions and private ensuite bathrooms. Our home is smoke free/pet free and air conditioned for your comfort.

We are a pleasant stroll from the Queen Street shops and theatres. We are centrally located for all wineries, most are within a few minutes drive, historical forts, the Niagara Butterfly Conservatory and are 22km from Niagara Falls and Casino Niagara. Ideally located adjacent to The Niagara Waterfront Trail, which is a 45km walking, biking and jogging paradise. Steps away is the Historic Hertitage path which winds its way on a beautiful walking path, or take advantage of the stables nearby to exlpore it on horseback.

You can enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the front porch while your full breakfast is being prepared.

Local farm fresh produce will ensure a varied and nutritious breakfast served in our formal Queen Anne dining room. Breakfast is served at 9:00 am and starts with a fresh fruit bowl, freshly baked mouthwatering croissants and selected cereals. Main course choices include: Eggs Benedict, Omelettes or Honey Crepes. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements at time of booking so that we may meet your needs.

For your added convenience and pleasure a spacious guest lounge is on the lower level. It features a comfortable sitting area with a gas fireplace, cable television and a mini-kitchen. Self-serve complimentary beverages are available.

Complimentary bicycles are available for our guests to explore the scenic countryside and local vineyards.

We are open year round and would be more than pleased to assist you with any special occasion that you may be planning (i.e. Romantic Getaway, Birthday or Anniversary). Special off season rates do not apply to any special events or major holidays, please inquire.

Breakfast

Breakfast starts with a fruit bowl from local farm fresh produce when in season, followed by freshly baked croissants and selected cereals. Breakfast house specialty choices include:

Breakfast is normally served at 9:00-9:30am in our Queen Anne dining room. We are committed to providing dietary needs for all our guests, simply let us know what you require in advance and we will ensure that your needs are met. For very early risers, a continental breakfast is available.

Please advise us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking/48 hours prior to your arrival so that we can meet your needs.

Directions

From TORONTO:
Take the QEW towards Niagara. Once across the Garden City Skyway in St. Catherines, take Exit 38B, Niagara-on-the-Lake. From the traffic light at York Road, turn left onto York Road, then right onto Highway #55 (Niagara Stone Road). Drive approx. 12 km, turn right onto John Street. Go through two stop signs, cross over King Street. The first street on the right is Park Court.

From DETROIT:
Take Highway 401 and 403 to Hamilton, Ontario, and join the QEW towards Niagara. Then follow the same directions from TORONTO (above).

From NEW YORK/OHIO/PENNSYLVANIA:
Cross the Niagara River into Canada at Lewiston, Niagara Falls or Buffalo, New York. Take the scenic Niagara Parkway approx. 12-25km, take a left on John Street, and then a left on Park Court.

Park in the front driveway of our home to register and you will be given a designated parking spot for your stay. Overnight parking on the street is not permitted.
