General Description
Welcome to our renovated circa 1863 cottage, where you can still feel the history of yesterday. It is the perfect home away from home.
• 2 short blocks to Queen Street, Shopping and Shaw
• Two comfortable and inviting bedrooms that can sleep up to six people, 2 queen and 2 twin beds
• Complete kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate are provided
• Giant backyard (lot is 200 ft deep), great patio area and barbeque
• Living room has a tv, dvd, cd, plus books, videos and games for your enjoyment
• Large bathroom with whirlpool tub upstairs, and half bathroom on the first floor
• Natural gas heat, central air conditing, washer & dryer
• All linens supplied (Sheets and towels)
• Parking for 4 cars
Tour the wineries of our Niagara wine region, try your luck at the Niagara Falls casino, attend some of North America’s best theaters, whatever your pleasures, you can come home and relax in our Gage Street Cottage.

Our cottage has a big living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, huge backyard, in short you can stretch out and relax instead of suffering the cramped hotel room syndrome … sorta like home but without the maintenance.
The other reason is privacy. You come and go as you please. The keys to the cottage are yours. Unlike a B&B, you don’t have to be pleasant first thing in the morning while surrounded by strangers. Breakfast is when you get up.
You can go to the theater or stay in and watch a movie. You can entertain, or not. Snuggle by the fireplace with a bottle of chilled ice wine and talk about life, or walk over to the Angel Inn for a pint and some decent live entertainment.
This is your vacation. Do what you want with it.

Directions
From: Toronto
Follow QEW to exit 38B or Hwy 55, also known as Niagara Stone Road. Turn left on York Rd then right on Airport Rd to the very end arriving at Hwy 55. Turn right onto Hwy 55, through the town of Virgil and into the Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. 55 becomes MISSISSAUGA ST. Turn RIGHT onto GAGE ST. End at 122 Gage Street.

From: Niagara Falls
Follow Niagara Parkway to Niagara-on-the-Lake, along shops on Queen St., turn left at Victoria St. turn right on Gage St. and 122 is on your left.
From: Queenston Customs checkpoint
Once you clear Customs, you will charged a $2.50 (US) toll booth charge to enter Canada. Proceed straight ahead on Hwy 405 to the next exit (Stanley Ave), turn right at the stop sign and you will see a signboard indicating Niagara-on-the-Lake. Follow Portage Rd, running parallel to Hwy 405 to the roundabout, taking the second right exit (approx. halfway) onto Niagara
Parkway which leads directly into the Old Town in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
You will arrive on Queen St (shopping & theatre area). Turn left at Victoria St, then right on Gage St to 122 Gage St. on your left.
